Throughout my career, one of my greatest joys has been helping others discover and embrace their full potential. I love uncovering each person’s inner leader and supporting them as they move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My diverse experiences — as a lawyer, coach, yoga instructor, and parent — have given me a unique perspective. They allow me to connect with people from many walks of life and adapt my coaching approach to meet each client’s unique goals and challenges. I primarily work with senior executives, lawyers, and emerging leaders who are ready to elevate their leadership. My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every individual is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I provide structure, accountability, and measurable progress through performance assessment tools, ensuring real transformation.
